Subscription Policy

Our subscriptions are designed to make it easy to stay replenished with your favorite TU·ET·AL creations. When you choose to subscribe, your selected products will be delivered on a recurring schedule of your choice.

Billing & Delivery
Your card will be charged automatically before each shipment. You’ll receive a reminder email a few days before your next order is processed.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription
You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your TU·ET·AL account here or by contacting us directly. Changes must be made before the next billing date to take effect for the upcoming shipment.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our handmade products, we are unable to accept returns on subscription items once they have shipped. If you have a concern, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
